On Saturday 5 December 2026, Rachael Hunter and Nathan Osafo are taking on Hyrox Mixed Doubles to raise £2,000 for free therapy for parents and babies.
What is Hyrox?
Hyrox is a fitness race made up of eight 1 km runs, each followed by a fitness station. Rachael and Nathan will complete it together as a pair.
Why we’re doing it
Every week we meet parents who are struggling to bond with their babies, often while dealing with poverty, trauma or poor mental health. Our infant-parent psychotherapy is free for eligible families on low incomes, from pregnancy until a baby turns two. That only works if people help pay for it.
